I felt like sharing some of the pictures of Ashley as Alice and me as Stocking that I found in A-kon galleries. The first one is my favorite. I do like that in the second one you can see Brian sitting in the chair behind me and in the third one Skoot sitting behind Ashley. Also, the first time I saw the thumbnail of the third one, I thought someone caught a picture of Ashley picking her nose. I also like seeing pictures of the back of my costume so you can see the full wings.
Anyway, enjoy series crossover cosplay pictures^^
I swear I will stop posting pictures of my Juvia costume at some point. But Brad got one that I really liked, so I wanted to share it. Yes, I’m a bit vain sometimes when it comes to cosplay, but I feel I should be a little bit allowed…I don’t tend to think I look all that great (I don’t think I’m like ugly or anything, but you know, not anything to talk about) except in cosplay, so I’m stoked to see actual decent pictures. Especially because I was feeling really self conscious before I went out in my Juvia costume since my legs are not my best asset.
These pictures also came from Brad’s A-kon photos. His camera is kinda awesome. We were outside with our friends Ronne and Natalie, seeing their baby girl for the first time and Brad took these pictures from our hotel room on the 6th floor. I need that camera.
Anyway, it’s a good look at my wind-up key and the skull on Ashley’s bow.
Let’s have some more Pokemon cosplay!
I finally got Brad’s A-kon pictures and he did a ton of Michelle with Kakuna. I think she looked adorable and Kakuna looked awesome. Brad had to take a picture with Kakuna too since he did a good majority of the work to make him come to life.
And of course the last picture is of my nephew Phillip as Gold from Heart Gold trying to get a Pokemon egg to battle^^
One day I received a PM on cosplay.com from a fellow cosplayer asking how I made my scarf for Lavi. I told him to let me make a quick tutorial and I would explain it as best I could. Well, I will gladly share this with everyone now. I do have to apologize in advance for how offensively bright the fabric is in the tutorial. I have a ton of it laying around that was given to me and I use it for mock-ups and things like this. This tutorial could apply to all sorts of characters. I have used it for one or two others myself.
Audrey Hepburn in Sabrina, 1954
This woman was so beautiful, graceful, and talented.
I wanted (and still want) that dress when I was a kid. It’s just gorgeous.

Wow this looks really good. Kinda sorry I missed it. Hopefully you get the chance to get more pictures soon.
I know I’ve posted this picture before, but can I say I really love how I look borderline pissed off/bored? Juvia doesn’t smile a ton unless she’s around Gray, and I think this photo by Imari Yumiki captured more of the juvia personality than pretty much any other photo I posed for.
Also, I feel kinda pretty in it, so there’s that too…
Sometimes you want to make bows that you don’t have to tie every time you wear a costume. Or you need them to be attached permanently, so I’ve come up with a way to make them and now will share that with you.
I care. i love your tutorials.
